MAPEO

MAPEO is a digital mapping toolset for frontline communities defending their lands. Leveraging open source principles and P2P technologies, MAPEO helps communities gather qualitative and quantitative mapping data while staying organized. MAPEO also helps communities manage their own data sharing, offline and on their terms.
        As the sole designer for Digital Democracy, Aldo drove the design development of MAPEO’s initial user experience and interfaces for its mobile and desktop apps. Key features include Observations and Sync.
